Use this video to acquaint yourself with how CWI and CWI Classic work, how they are installed, used, and even some troubleshooting tips.The English language version of the video is 15 minutes in total, and is divided up into 6 sections. A full length verision and a Spanish language version of this video is also available in VHS format. Please contact us and we will send you a video.
These video training segments are provided in two formats: Windows Media Players (generally for Windows and/or Internet Explorer) and QuickTime (generally for Macintosh and/or Netscape). Visit the Microsoft Windows Media Player or Apple QuickTime download pages and install the browser plug-ins or stand-alone players for either format if it is not already installed on your system.
Tip: if you can't view the video in your browser, try downloading the video source file to your harddrive and opening it in the appropriate player application.
