Design/Build: Garret Rivait Landscape & Design

This multi-use development consists of several townhomes over a retail complex below. The design of the patio had to mix private with public space, allow for flexibility, and keep maintenance low (as the owners were planning to do it themselves). The designer used SeaCrest Series planters throughout (with different plant materials to provide variety) in colors that coordinated with the surface material. The built-in planters used the CWS Planter Liners with Built-In Irrigation to keep maintenance to a minimum.
