The front plaza of this new apartment complex South of Market in San Francisco sits on top of the building's underground parking garage. This stark area was to be warmed with concrete planters, originally specified without irrigation. By providing the owner with CWM Modular Container Irrigation Systems for the large cylindrical planters, and CWI Classic tapered container irrigation for the smaller planters, the effort of maintaining the planters became something the in-house staff could handle.
